A good all-purpose cooker

I have had this rice and pasta cooker for several weeks, and I get a lot of use out of it. I love that I can cook rice and steam vegetables at the same time with it. The non-stick surface actually works! I have had no need at all to scrub or scrape at it. Even when I've forgotten half a pot of rice on the counter overnight, the dried up rice just falls right out of the pot. It also works better than my stovetop for making pasta -- I use wheatless pastas made of rice or corn, and they can be a little tricky to cook.
It's rather expensive, but so far I have really enjoyed having it. I had a cheaper rice cooker before, and it was ok, but this really is a lot better. |
Never again!!

There are far more better products from Aroma than this rice cooker!!
I used it once and it didn't work the next time around, returned it to Amazon and still waiting on the refund. |
